## Delivery

Fresh fish delivery across Dorset, every BH postcode covered (Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, Broadstone, Ferndown, Verwood, Wareham, Ringwood, New Milton, Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Upton, Lymington, New Forest). Delivery is free, with a minimum order of £40, refrigerated vehicle, Tuesday to Saturday. Order by 3pm for the next delivery day; orders can be booked up to 5 days ahead. Collection is also available from the Poole shop with no minimum order.

Smoked on the premises: we cure and smoke some of our own fish, including salmon, mackerel and haddock, over locally and responsibly sourced wood chippings and sawdust. No additives: just fish, salt for curing, and smoke.
