How Delivery Works
When you buy seafood online from Parkstone Fisheries, everything is prepared fresh on the day of delivery and transported in our own refrigerated vehicle. Whether you're looking for seafood delivery in Dorset or a reliable fishmonger who brings the counter to your door, we've got you covered. Your order is packed with ice packs and insulated packaging, so it arrives in perfect condition, as fresh as if you'd picked it up from our counter yourself. Delivery Details
- Coverage: Fish delivery to all BH postcodes (Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, and surrounding areas)
- Free delivery: On every order, £40 minimum order
- Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday
- Order cutoff: 3pm for next day fish delivery (book up to 5 days ahead)
- Vehicle: Our own refrigerated van, cold chain maintained throughout
Why Not Royal Mail?
We deliberately don't use postal services for our fish deliveries. By using our own refrigerated vehicle, we maintain complete control over the cold chain from our counter to your kitchen. Your fish is never left on a doorstep or sitting in a depot. It's handed to you fresh and cold.
Build Your Own Fresh Fish Box
Many of our customers order a weekly fish box: a selection of fresh fish and seafood delivered to their door every week. You choose exactly what goes in: a couple of fillets for midweek suppers, something special for the weekend, and perhaps some smoked fish for the fridge. Your fresh fish is never frozen first: it leaves our counter on the morning of delivery. There's no subscription or commitment. Just order what you fancy each week and we'll have it prepared and delivered fresh.
Freezing It? We'll Vacuum-Pack It
If you are buying fresh fish to put in the freezer, say so when you order. We offer a full vacuum-packing and labelling service at no extra cost. The fish is packed and labelled before it leaves the counter, so it goes into your freezer in the best possible condition rather than wrapped in a bag on the way home.

Prefer to pick up? You can order online and select collection at checkout. We'll have your order prepared and ready for you at 12 Bournemouth Road, Poole. Open Tue-Fri 7:30am-4pm · Sat 7:30am-3pm.

We provision yachts and boats right across Poole Harbour: delivered fresh to your berth at Parkstone Bay, Salterns, Poole Quay Boat Haven and beyond.
