Built at the counter from the freshest fish and shellfish we have that day, for parties, celebrations and anything worth marking with good seafood.

A Platter Built Around the Day's Counter

Every platter is made to order at our Poole counter, not assembled from a fixed menu. Tell us how many people you're feeding and what you like, and we'll build it from the best of the day: hand-sliced smoked salmon, prawns, dressed crab and whatever the boats have landed. If someone in the party doesn't eat shellfish, or you want it heavy on the smoked fish, just say so when you order.

Platters we've built for customers. Yours is made to your numbers and your budget, from whatever is best on the counter that morning.

How to Order

Give us 48 hours: platters need at least two days' notice so we can source and prepare everything fresh. For large events, or around Christmas and Easter, a week ahead is safer.
Call the shop: ring us on 01202 747661 and tell us the date, the number of people and your budget, and we'll suggest what works.
Pricing: platters are priced by size and what goes on them, so we quote each one individually when you call.
Collection or delivery: collect from the shop at 12 Bournemouth Road, Poole, or have it delivered free to any BH postcode (£40 minimum order) in our refrigerated van.

Any Occasion That Deserves Good Seafood

Our platters go out to birthday parties, anniversaries, hen dos, wakes, boat days and quiet Saturday lunches. They're a favourite at Christmas, when a platter on the table saves the cook and steals the show. We also build them for events and wedding caterers and deliver to berths across Poole Harbour through our yacht provisioning service.
