Firm, sweet Mediterranean-farmed sea bream: a versatile favourite that's perfect baked or grilled whole. Farmed to a consistent, high standard all year round, it delivers delicate white flesh with a clean, mild flavour that takes beautifully to lemon, garlic, herbs and Mediterranean marinades. Sold whole by size and gutted and scaled to order, ready for the oven or the grill: as good stuffed and roasted whole as it is simply pan-fried.
