About our handpicked dressed crab
A local brown crab, cooked and picked by hand in our shop, then set back into its own cleaned shell with the brown meat down the middle and the white either side. There is nothing to do but take it out of the fridge, cut some bread and open something cold. Dressed crab gives you all the flavour of crab with none of the work. We offer three sizes, priced by the crab. Our crab comes from local pot fishermen and is at its best from September to March.
