About our squid
Fresh squid with sweet, tender flesh, quick to cook and very versatile. Buy it whole and we will clean it for you, or take a bag of baby squid tubes, cleaned and ready for the pan. Slice it into rings for salt and pepper calamari, score it and flash fry it on a very hot griddle, or stew it slowly with tomatoes and red wine. Cook squid either very fast or very slowly. Anything in between makes it tough.
