About our smoked salmon
Scottish salmon, cured and smoked by us at our Poole shop rather than bought in. That is the difference you taste: a deep, rounded flavour and a silky texture. It comes sliced and ready to serve. Lay it on brown bread and butter with a squeeze of lemon, fold it through scrambled eggs on a Sunday morning, or pile it onto blinis with a little crème fraîche at Christmas. It is the easiest smart starter there is.
