About our monkfish tail
Monkfish tail from the Shetland Isles, firm and sweet, with one central bone and nothing fiddly. It holds its shape when other fish would fall apart, which makes it ideal for curries, kebabs and stews. We sell it as trimmed portions or cut ready for kebabs. Wrap a tail in Parma ham and roast it, or add chunks to a Thai green curry for the last five minutes. People who say they don't like fish often change their minds over monkfish.
