About our swordfish
Swordfish steaks with a firm, meaty texture that holds together on the grill where a flakier fish would fall apart. Excellent on the barbecue, under the grill, or pan-seared. Swordfish holds up well to bold marinades and strong flavours: garlic, lemon, chilli and oregano all work.
