About our lemon sole
Lemon sole has fine, sweet flesh and a soft texture, and it is one of the best value flat fish on the slab. We fillet it to order and skin it if you like. It needs very little: pan fry it in brown butter with a squeeze of lemon, or roll the fillets around a prawn and herb filling and bake them. Cook it gently and briefly.
