About our fresh local live rock oysters
Local rock oysters, sold one at a time so you can buy six or thirty. Unlike native oysters, they are available all year round. We will shuck them for you if you are eating them the same day, so just say when you order. Otherwise keep them cupped side down in the fridge under a damp cloth. Serve them on ice with lemon, a dash of Tabasco or a little shallot vinegar.
