About our hot smoked trout
Trout fillets hot-smoked until they flake, so they arrive cooked and ready to eat. Milder than hot smoked salmon and a good deal lighter. Flake them through a salad or a potato dish, or eat them straight from the pack. Two fillets to a pack.
