About our natural smoked haddock fillets
Naturally smoked haddock fillets, undyed, so they are pale gold rather than bright yellow. The flavour is gently smoky and the flakes are large and moist. This is the haddock for kedgeree, smoked haddock chowder and fish pie, or for poaching in milk and serving with a poached egg on top.
