About our cod
Fresh cod fillets and thick portions, cut on our counter from larger fillets on the day. Firm, flaky white flesh that suits almost anything: battered for proper fish and chips, baked under a herb crust, or pan fried in butter. Buy a single fillet or a family pack, skin on or skinned, and we will pin bone it for you. We can bread or batter it too if you ask. Some customers prefer the thinner tail ends, which come with no bones at all. Just don't cook them as long.
